So much for a quiet divorce. Rachel Uchitel wanted to keep the details of her split from husband Matt Hahn under wraps, but in the wake of his "cruel and inhumane treatment" claim, the San Francisco party planner feels she needs to set the record straight.
"While it remains Ms. Uchitel's desire to resolve this matter in a private manner, she will, if necessary, with the assistance of her attorneys and public relations counsel, vigorously defend herself against Matt Hahn's false and defamatory claim of 'cruel and inhumane treatment,'" her rep tells Us Weekly in a statement.

As Us Weekly previously reported, former Penn State fullback Hahn filed for divorce on Monday, June 10. He and Uchitel — whose claim to fame was bedding married men including golfer Tiger Woods and actor David Boreanaz — tied the knot less than two years ago, in October 2011. They welcomed a daughter, Wyatt, in May 2012.
This is Uchitel's second marriage. She was previously married to Wall Street trader and childhood friend Steven Ehrenkranz for four months in 2004. She was also once engaged to investment banker James Andrew O'Grady, who was killed on Sept. 11, 2001 during the World Trade Center attacks.
